Attendance registration of doctoral researchers
All degree students must register as attending or non-attending for each academic year, regardless of whether they are pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or doctoral degree.
The academic year and teaching periods
The academic year begins on 1 August and ends on the last day of the following July.
Annual follow-up of doctoral study progress
The progress of the doctoral thesis work and the related studies are followed annually. The aim of annual reporting and the concomitant thesis committee meeting is to support and promote the progress of the doctoral dissertation and the studies as well as the completion of the degree.
Resuming doctoral studies
Have you taken a break from your studies? Did you forget to register for the academic year? If you have interrupted your studies or failed to register for the academic year annually, you must apply for the reinstatement of your right to pursue doctoral studies.
How can I request a certificate of student status?
The certificate of student status is a free-of-charge certificate of attendance or non-attendance available to all degree students.

The notification of forfeiture is binding and final.
