Right to complete a Bachelor's degree

By selecting a degree programme you are able to see the general content as well as the possible degree programme-specific content. You do not have to select a degree programme to see the Open University's instructions.

A Bachelor’s degree is an undergraduate degree that can be completed in 36 degree programmes at the University of Helsinki. In pharmacy, the undergraduate degree is called pharmacist and in law, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).

Bachelor's degree study tracks

Some Bachelor’s degree programmes feature alternative specialisations for completing the degree. Depending on the degree programme, specialisation applications are submitted at different stages of the Bachelor’s degree. You can see the specialisation application instructions applicable to you by selecting the right degree programme at the top of the page. The degree content in different specialisations differ to a varying extent.
