Year tag and calendar

By selecting a degree programme you are able to see the general content as well as the possible degree programme-specific content. You do not have to select a degree programme to see the Open University's instructions.

When you are enrolled as attending student, you can pick up the year tag for your student card beginning on August 1. Year tags can be picked up from the service points listed below. At the beginning of the new academic year, please primarily use one of the temporary pick-up points listed below.

      You can collect a year tag from the service points and HYY only if your student card is a HYY student card delivered by Frank or a previous supplier (e.g. Lyyra or Unicard). You cannot get a tag for e.g. a card delivered by ISIC or for cards of other Student Unions.

      Please note that if you have authorised another person to pick up the year tag on your behalf, he/she must present a letter of authorization. If you have a student card that includes the Mastercard payment feature, you can only get the year tag by picking it up in person.
