Applications Open to the Student Venture Capital Explorer Program.
Hi there! We’re excited to share a unique opportunity for students to apply for a program run in collaboration with Aalto University and Accelerace. We know venture capital might sound like something distant or hard to access, but our goal is to make this kind of learning available to everyone in the university community. Understanding how decisions are made in the business world can help you see how ideas become real sustainable and social impact, and maybe even inspire you to take action yourself one day.
On April 25–26 and May 2–3, the Student Venture Capital Explorer Program will give students a behind-the-scenes look at how funding decisions shape which innovations and projects make it into the world.
In this free program, you’ll learn how to evaluate startups, understand how investment decisions are made, and explore what a career in venture capital could look like. You’ll also see how scientific ideas turn into real, impactful companies.
The program is delivered by BII (bii.dk), a leading life-science incubator and investor, and Accelerace (accelerace.io), a pre-seed tech investor, in partnership with Aalto University and the University of Helsinki.
There are only 12 seats available, and applications close April 1.
