Booking of group study rooms with the Spacent app expands to Kaisa House and Meilahti from 7 April

To make it easier to book group study rooms, the University Library has started testing the Spacent work space booking application. The app will be extended to cover group study rooms in Kaisa House and Meilahti Campus Library from Monday 7 April and Kumpula Campus Library from 12 May. In Viikki Campus Library, group study rooms have been bookable with Spacent for about two month.

An account in Spacent is created with the University of Helsinki email address. Once you have added your email, Spacent will prompt you to fill in the login code sent to your email in the application. After entering the code, you will be able to reserve group work rooms in the Kaisa House and Meilahti and Viikki Campus Libraries. The app can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Google Play. You’ll find the bookable rooms behind the Home button in the app.
