Confidentiality and data security agreement

Part of the studies and practice is to handle confidential patient and personal data. Confidentiality and data security agreement will be sent to all attending students starting from those who started their studies in fall 2022.  The purpose of this agreement is to guide the signatory in the processing of confidential information while respecting privacy, in accordance with legislation and data security policy. 

This agreement will be compulsory for all those who will be graduating from fall 2023. When graduating spring 2023, there is no need to sign this agreement.  

Request to sign this agreement will be sent from 7.2.2023 on. You will get a personal message from Unisign with request to sign confidentiality and data security agreement. . Please log in to the electronic signature service with your University of Helsinki username (short version, so-called kasitunnus). The sign-in page is in Finnish, but you may change the language from the top-right corner. After signing in you will get automatically MED-100, 0 credit points registration to Sisu.
