How much would you pay for snack food items? Participate in a study & get 15 euros of snack money as reward!
We are looking for participants in a study designed to investigate how much people are willing to pay for different snack food items. In the experiment, you will be asked to participate in three sessions (1 h 30, 10 min, 10-15 min). Two sessions are online, and one is on-site (Meilahti).

Participants taking part will be compensated with 15 euros (taxable income).
If you have previously taken part in a similar study by our lab, you are not eligible.
Otherwise, participants will need to be:
- 18-45 years old
- Resident of Finland for the past 5 years
- Fluent in English
- Devoid of any serious medical/psychiatric illness or disorders (e.g., cancer, depression, chronic back pain)
- Without any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or sensitivities
- Lacking any advanced degrees in nutrition (e.g, Master’s or equivalent)
- Smoking < 20 cigarettes a week (including snus)
- Not pregnant or nursing women
Your information will remain confidential, be held securely, and not divulged to any third parties. Your information will be used for research purposes only, and you will be free to withdraw from the study at any time.
