The Implicit biases and language-aware University community -training organized 19.3.2025 at 9.00-11.00 is open to all members of the University community - welcome!

The objective of this training is to make participants aware of their implicit biases. By knowing and understanding your own biases, you can better take into account their impact on your work, decisions and other people. The event is organized in parallel languages – Finnish and English. Questions and comments can be submitted in Finnish, Swedish and English. Training is organised on Zoom. This is training for both students and staff.
