Institute of Biotechnology (BI) Open Day for students 21 November – register by 18 November

Dear UH life science students,

The HiLIFE Institute of Biotechnology (BI) would like to invite you to an Open Day for Bachelor and Master’s students. The aim of the event is to present the type of research being done in our institute.

The event will take place on Friday, 21st November 2025 at 16:00-19:00 in Biocenter 2, Viikki campus. 

The event will start in the lecture hall (Biocenter 2/room 2041) with a general introduction of the institute and its research programs. This will take maximum 1 hour. The short presentations are followed by a Posters & Drinks session (Biocenter 2, 2nd floor lobby) where the student can meet our researchers and hear more about their research, possible thesis projects, etc.

All students are welcome.
