Are you interested in climate change? Are you interested in international opportunities and perhaps considering going on exchange? Then CLUVEX virtual exchange is your opportunity!

The CLUVEX Climate University for Virtual Exchanges will be held for the third time in October 2025. The CLUVEX virtual exchange offers a multidisciplinary overview of climate change, and as a participant you will get to work in international small groups with students from Finland, Denmark, Ukraine, and Armenia. The teaching will be conducted via Zoom for five days, from October 6 to 10, 2025, for three hours a day from 14:00 to 17:00.

Why should you participate in the CLUVEX virtual exchange?

  • you will gain experience in international collaboration and practice your language skills.
  • you will learn about climate change in a comprehensive way.
  • you will learn about various open data sources and tools related to climate change.
  • you will have the opportunity to share experiences and insights with fellow student colleagues from different backgrounds.

The virtual exchange is open and free to all students at the participating universities, and no prior studies in natural sciences are required. The language of the virtual exchange is English and the scope of the exchange is one credit point.

The virtual exchange is a great way to explore climate issues from multiple perspectives, and after the exchange, you can further deepen your knowledge through online courses offered by Climate University

The partners organizing CLUVEX are the University of Helsinki, Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Yerevan State University, University of Copenhagen, and BioArt Society. The virtual exchange week is part of an EU-funded project.
