Last call: UNITalent – Networking Programme for Internationals, application period has been extended

The application period is extended until Sun 16.11 or until all the groups have reached their maximum number of applications that will be send to the host organisations.
UNITalent is a 3-month networking programme where you connect with Finnish organisations, gain career insights, and expand your network. While it’s not a recruitment programme, it’s a unique chance to understand the Finnish job market.
The application period is open 27.10. - 7.11. or until all the groups have reached their maximum number of applications. Groups will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply now, as some groups are already reached their maximum number of applications, and the remaining ones are filling up quickly!
Programme dates and duration:
The programme starts on February 3rd and ends no later than April 30th. The groups will meet 2–3 times with the host organisation during the programme. You can find the exact meeting dates of the groups in the hosts' JobTeaser profiles.

Start by choosing a Host Organization - two are still open for applications
UNITalent season 2025-2026 has 10 host organisation groups and the Fortum group is still open for application. Each organisation hosts a group of 10–20 participants. Groups are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make sure you meet the eligibility requirements mentioned by the host organisation before applying. How to apply
Choose a host organisation and make sure you are eligible to apply. Read the instructions and apply via the registration forms on the UNITalent webpage (each organisation has its own form).

If your chosen group has reached the maximum number of applications, join the waiting list and you'll be notified if a spot opens. You can apply ONLY to one group or queue for one group – not both.
