Students’ Mental Health Week
Students’ Mental Health Week is celebrated during week 15, from April 8th to 14th, 2024. Join us in promoting the mental health of students!
Student Mental Health Week is a campaign coordinated by the Student Wellbeing Network, aiming to highlight the mental health situation of students and to build a more mental health-friendly studying culture. At the core of the campaign are events of all sizes held on campuses, and we invite all of you to organize them!

Nyyti’s Chat
Nyyti’s Chat is a place for sharing thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
This group chat is meant for all students over the age of 18. The chat is anonymous. There will always be Nyyti’s volunteers or employees at the chat with you. Always remember to behave according to the principles for a safer space.

What is Nyyti?
Nyyti ry is a national Finnish non-profit organisation founded in 1984 to support students’ mental health and ability to study. Nyyti aims to improve students’ study skills and ability to cope with everyday life as well as related peer activities.
