Nyyti activities in March: Online tools and Nyyti's Chat
Have you already discovered Nyyti? Here's what's going on in March:
Greetings from Nyyti!
The online tools produced by our MiehenTila- and Yksinäisyystyö korkeakouluissa -projects have been published. These online tools are in Finnish.
MiehenTila project's online tool, miestenmielenterveys.fi, focuses on supporting men's mental health. The goal of the tool is to help its users identify factors affecting men's mental health and to encourage reflection on their own thinking, feelings, and actions. It is hoped that the men's experiences available on the tool will also lower the threshold of seeking help for everyone who needs help and reinforce the idea that you do not have to do it alone.
The online tool of Yksinäisyystyö korkeakouluissa -project, apuayksinäisyyteen.fi, is intended especially for students experiencing loneliness, and students who are troubled by the challenges of finding their own place in higher education.
