Scientific coffees on human-forest relationship live in Viikki on April 10 - warmly welcome!

Bulletin 3.4.2024

Welcome to our interactive session on Tuesday 10.4. at 3pm at the Viikki campus! We are organising the session as part of the International Forest Policy Meeting (IFPM5). Forestry students are welcome to attend the session without registering for IFPM5.

In the session, we will introduce the concept of humna-forest relationship and its potentials and challenges for future forest policy and research. The session is based on our article published last year in Forest Policy and Economics journal. The session is the first live meeting and part of the Scientific Coffees Human-Forest Relationships research café series, which we are organising online with the Finnish Society of Forest Science and the German research project Mentalities im Flux (flumen). In this session, we will apply methods of creative collaboration. Coffee & snacks.

The session is in English and will be held in room A2.
