Sisu tutors offer support for the Sisu deployment in May-June
In May 2021, the University of Helsinki will replace WebOodi with the new Sisu study information system. All students must have a study plan in Sisu by 16 May 2021. After the service break, all course registrations, most applications and reviewing study information will be carried out in Sisu.
Before the Sisu service break between 17 and 30 May 2021, Sisu tutors will be available to help students with any technical questions related to study plans. After the service break, the Sisu tutors will also offer help with other Sisu functionalities.
The tutoring will be performed remotely via Zoom and the tutors will offer assistance in Finnish, Swedish and English.
Tutoring will be organised in May and June as follows:
- 3–14 May between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. (Note! The tutors will also be available at the Digital clinic between 12 noon and 4 p.m. on Thursday, 6 May).
- Sisu service break 17–30 May, Sisu tutors not available
- 31 May–4 June between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. (Note! The tutors will also be available at the Digital clinic between 12 noon and 4 p.m. on Thursday, 3 June).
In addition, Sisu tutoring will be organised between 16 August and 10 September 2021 concerning course registrations for the new academic year. The dates and times of tutoring will be announced later.
