Try out the new Helka – and get a prize!

Hey, bachelor's or master's degree student, join us in testing the new Helka in March!

Who can participate?

You don't need any previous testing experience—an open and curious mind is enough. You are eligible to be a tester if you speak fluent Finnish or English.

What happens during testing?

In observational testing, we monitor your actions on Zoom via screen sharing. Your task is to try out different functions in Helka, such as searching or making a reservation, while voicing your thoughts aloud. This will give us information about which parts of the new Helka cause frustration and confusion, but also about what works well. Please reserve about an hour for testing.
