Walk-in Counseling Support at Kaisa House in November–December 2025
Looking for a confidential space to talk about your mental well-being, relationships, or everyday stress? Free walk-in counseling support is available at the Kaisa Library during November and December by appointment.
The service is intended for all members of the university community – students, staff, and researchers – who need support or a space to reflect on their situation.
What does walk-in counseling offer?
- An opportunity to talk with a professional without an appointment, free of charge
- Confidential and, if needed, anonymous support
- A single 45-minute session to help clarify thoughts and find resources for everyday life
- Support for individuals, couples, or loved ones – for example, in situations involving exhaustion, relationships, or a loved one’s substance use
The counseling is provided by experienced social and health care professionals from the Finnish White Ribbon Union, therapists with expertise in crisis, trauma, and family work.
