Additional online receptions times opened for the upcoming exchange application period

The Interntional Exchange Services have opened additional online reception times for Viikki Campus students considering exchange. These extra times are intended primarily for those students who are considering applying for an exchange for the next academic year (autumn 2024 and/or spring 2025) during the February application period 1. - 15.2. THe online appointments are 20 minutes long each.

Additional times have been opened for the following Thursday afternoons in the Vihta appointment system:

25.1 at 16 - 17
1.2. at 15.30 - 16.30
8.2. at 15.30 - 16.30

In addition we have Drop-in receptions as usual on Thursdays from 13:00 to 15:00 (Infotalo, 2nd floor, h 2050, Viikinkaari 11). Thursday 8.2. instead of a drop-in, we have an application clinic in Infotalo's class K1046. You can come work on your exchange application, but we will also be happy to answer other exchange related questions.
