Learn life skills -self help course

Welcome on a journey to learn useful life skills that everyone can benefit from!

If you are thinking about questions related to well-being and coping, this Life Skills Course is meant for you. You can find answers to questions such as: What do I need to feel good? How do I find energy in everyday life?

You can complete the course independently, and you can use it to maintain and increase your well-being, self-care and self-knowledge. The course is based on Nyyti ry’s “Well-being skills. Training for students.” concept (in Finnish, NYYTIN ELÄMÄNTAITOKURSSI®).

You can find the course on the Hyväkymys.fi service.

The course is also available in Finnish: NYYTIN ELÄMÄNTAITOKURSSI® oma-apukurssina and in Swedish: Självhjälpskurs i levnadskonst.
