Join in the events of Students’ Mental Health Week on 8–12 April
Are you looking for good tips or new modes of action for your student life? Is loneliness or trouble coping giving you pause?
During Students’ Mental Health Week on 8–12 April, the University and its partners will organise a range of events that support mental wellbeing and sensible day-to-day studying. Among other things, the events will focus on wellbeing in job-seeking, concentration and relaxation, as well as discussing various topics under the theme of equality.
Check the programme below and visit the campuses, or join us online! Please note that certain events require advance registration.
Students’ Mental Health Week is a campaign aimed at highlighting the current state of student mental health nationally, as well as encouraging support for student mental health and wellbeing.
