Attention students – the students’ username self-activation tool is out of use 12–18 April 2024!

The username activation tool will be available again on 18 April 2024 from 10 AM. The activation tool is intended for University of Helsinki students who do not yet have a user account for University IT systems or whose user account has expired. See IT Helpdesk instructions for using the self-activation tool.

Please note! If needed, you can apply for a username during the service break by filling the username application form. See detailed IT Helpdesk instructions.

Are you starting a MOOC course? On MOOC courses you don't need a University of Helsinki username, so this service break has no effect on you.
