One-on-one conversation support for loneliness

One-on-one conversation support for loneliness is now available in three languages – Finnish, Swedish, and English.

Conversation support is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 who experiences loneliness and is curious about exploring thoughts related to loneliness and their connection to emotions and behavior.

The aim is to understand and alleviate one's own experience. The work includes five conversation sessions with a professional as well as independent workbook activities between meetings. The service operates nationwide via remote connections. Read more about it on Nyyti's website.
