During the spring semester, the FSHS offers various group activities related to health and well-being. In a group you can get support for your health and life management.
StressLess coaching
The StressLess coaching course is designed to teach you to adopt a new attitude to difficult thoughts and to accept and deal with difficult emotions. With the group’s support, you’ll learn how to live life your way. If you are experiencing difficult thoughts, emotions and stress, join our StressLess coaching course.
The StressLess groups convene 8 times, usually once a week. You can get more detailed schedules from the group leaders, when the groups start. Please express your interest in joining the group no later than two weeks before the group's start date.
- A national remote group in English starts on 25 Feb 2025 from 1 pm to 3 pm. Applying: Please fill out the form that opens behind the link in the Self online service (requires identification). FSHS professionals will contact the students who filled out the form.
Depression school
Depression School is a group treatment approach that has been scientifically proved to be effective in mild and moderate depression. Depression School provides peer support, information about depression, and self-care instructions. The work is future-oriented and focuses on skill training.
Depression School is arranged once a week and last for two hours at a time. You can get more detailed schedules from the group leaders, when the group starts.
- A national remote group in English starts on Wednesday 26 Feb 2025 at 2 pm to 4 pm. Please indicate your interest in joining the group at least two weeks before the group's start date via SelfChat or by phone.
