Spacent app for booking group study rooms piloted in Viikki

Students can use the Spacent app to book group study rooms at the Viikki Campus Library from Monday 10. March. The rooms can be found behind the Home button of the app under the name Viikinkaari 11, Infokeskus. There are 16 group study rooms available for reservation in the Info Centre. 

An account in Spacent is created with the University of Helsinki email address. Once you have added your email, Spacent will prompt you to fill in the login code sent to your email in the application. After entering the code, you will be able to reserve group work rooms in the Viikki Info Centre. The app can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Google Play.

You can also continue to book rooms via Outlook Calendar.
