If your personal information changes, remember to notify the University
When changes occur to your personal or contact information, remember to inform the University.
From April 15 onward, information about name changes will be automatically updated in Sisu from the Population Information System. Despite the change, you should always notify the University of a name change to ensure that information is updated in all the necessary places.
When your contact details change, you can update them in Sisu yourself. For example, it’s a good idea to add a secondary email address in Sisu so that the University can contact you even if you are temporarily non-attending or have graduated. However, always use the University email address as your primary contact for study-related messages.
Any changes to your personal ID should always be notified to the University separately.
