Alexandria's new student hosts support your studies in the renovated premises
The Aleksandria Learning Centre, located next to the Kaisa House, opened to students in early July after a year-long renovation. The renovation brought more versatile study spaces and more than 300 new workstations to the City Centre Campus.
In August, Aleksandria will also welcome a brand new type of staff: hosts recruited from the university's own students. They will provide support and advice on how to use the facilities, help you solve everyday study problems and find the services you need.
Need help navigating the newly renovated Learning Centre or using the booking systems? Got a study-related question you can't find an answer to? Feel free to tap a roaming host on the shoulder — we're here to help!
On weekdays, you can find the hosts either in the Aleksandria living room on the 1st floor or elsewhere around the premises. You can chat with the hosts in Finnish, Swedish and English. More information about the service will be published soon on Alexandria’s website.
Welcome to study in the renewed Alexandria!
