Share your thoughts on the Studies Service and communications to students – you could win a University of Helsinki hoodie!

What do you think about the Studies Service? Do you receive enough information on topics that matter to you? Would you prefer more emails, or does it sometimes feel like messages are flooding from every direction?

By answering the user survey for the Studies Service, you help us improve services that best support your everyday student life. We will raffle 10 University hoodies among all respondents.

All University of Helsinki students belong to the target group of the survey: whether you are a brand-new undergraduate student, an experienced doctoral researcher, completing just one course through the open university, or in Helsinki for a student exchange, your opinion is important to us.

The survey has three parts:

• In the first part, we ask you to evaluate the Studies Service (studies.helsinki.fi), which brings together the most important digital tools, services, and content for students and those interested in studying.
• The second part includes a few general questions about student communications at the University.
• The third part contains questions related to the calendar features in the Studies Service and Sisu.

The survey form works best on a computer, but you can also respond using a phone or tablet. Completing the survey takes about 15 minutes.
