We are launching a new AI-powered search function – come and test it out and give us your feedback on how it works

The university is launching a new web service where you can ask anything related to studying and the university. The service effectively combines the benefits of artificial intelligence with the expertise of our specialists to provide a smooth user experience. The search function currently being tested is essenital part of the web service. It allows you to search for content from all the university’s major online services with a single search function.

The aim of the independent test is to gather diverse views from different users in Finnish, Swedish, and English. You can test the service on either your phone or computer. During the test, we will also ask you to fill out a short feedback form.

We hope you will search for topics that you have needed or looked for in the university’s services. This will give us the most authentic feedback possible on the functionality of the search function. Instructions for participating in the test:
