Mind Matters online course

The Mind Matters -online course offers tools and insights to help you promote your own mental health, interact more openly with your fellow students, and support the well-being of others. The course includes concrete ways to strengthen mental health skills and increase compassion in everyday student life.

The Eco-Crisis, Our Future and Mental health online course

The Eco-Crisis, Our Future and Mental Health online course provides information on environmental emotions and strengthening mental health, as well as tools for dealing with environmental emotions, holding space for other people’s environmental concerns, and increasing understanding between people who think differently. It contains plenty of practical ideas and exercises for strengthening well-being and ability to function at both the individual and community level.

Learn Life Skills self help course

The Life Skills Course is intended for you who are reflecting on questions related to well-being and coping. On the course, you may find answers to questions such as: What do I need in order to feel well? Where can I find strength for my daily life?

The course is done independently, and it can help you discover ways to maintain and improve your own well-being, self-care, and self-awareness. The course is based on Nyyti ry’s concept Nyytin Elämäntaitokurssi. You will find the course on the hyvakysymys.fi platform.

The Abilitator®

The Abilitator® is a self-report questionnaire that any working-age person can use to assess their own work ability and functioning. The questionnaire is often utilised in services for the unemployed and persons whose position in the labour market is challenging. The Abilitator® is a test produced by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health.

ZEKKI – How are you doing?

Zekki, aimed at young people, encourages you to reflect on your own wellbeing and guides you to low-threshold services. By answering 10 questions, you’ll receive a summary that helps you think about your future. You’ll also get tips on useful services and sources for further information.
