Hey student!  We are testing a new AI-powered agent to help answer your questions at our service point. If you have a moment to spare, come test the agent at our service point by March 20, and give us feedback to help us improve.

  • Where: HelsinkiUni Help service point at Kaisa house (library main lobby)
  • What we need from you: Interact with the AI agent and answer a short questionnaire
  • Purpose: Provide feedback to help improve the service
  • Participation: 100% Voluntary

What is HelsinkiUni Help?

HelsinkiUni Help is the University’s new advice service that you can contact whenever you need study-related advice.

In our digital service, you can:

  • Search for content from the university web services using a search feature
  • Chat with experts every weekday from 9:00 to 15:00.
  • Submit a service request. Service requests are answered on weekdays. You'll receive the response by email.

You can find HelsinkiUni Help in the top bar of the Studies Service or via a direct link at uni-help.helsinki.fi.

At our service point, you can:

  • Visit when you need personal assistance.
  • Collect certificates and other documents (student certificates, meal subsidy cards, academic year tags for your student card, etc.).

The Kaisa House service point is located in the entrance hall of the Kaisa Library (3rd floor, Fabianinkatu 30).
