HelsinkiUni Help service hours during the summer

In June and August, HelsinkiUni Help will be open as usual on weekdays from 9am to 3pm.

In July, the chat service and service points will have the following service hours:

• 6–10 July 2026: the chat and the service point in the Kaisa House is open 12:00–15:00
• 13–24 July 2026: the chat and service points are closed
• 27–31 July 2026: the chat and the service point in Kaisa House is open 12:00-15:00

The service points in Meilahti and Viikki will be closed 6-31 July.

Messages and service requests sent directly to HelsinkiUni Help will be handled as usual throughout the summer. You can find the service hours of HelsinkiUni Help here.
