Do you have ideas or wishes for your doctoral programme? The steering committee of each doctoral programme includes not only a designated doctoral programme senior advisor, but also doctoral researcher representatives who can communicate your wishes to the steering committee. You can find information on the student representatives of your doctoral programme on its website.
Your supervisor and coordinating academic can guide you in planning and completing the dissertation project and degree studies as well as integrating into the academic community. Your first point of contact should be your supervisor, particularly if you have questions relating to the substance of your studies or dissertation.
The University’s Student Services can provide you with attendance certificates and official transcripts of studies. Student Services also helps with questions related to registration for the academic year and changes of name or address.
Don’t know who to contact? You can always contact your faculty’s doctoral student services staff, the senior advisor of your doctoral programme, and the staff of the doctoral school. If we are unable to answer your questions, we will help you find the right person.
