NB! If you are planning on taking laboratory courses in chemistry (at least KEK105, KEK206A, KEK206B, KEK207, KEK208, KEK209, KEK210, KEM325, KEM333) you need to fulfill the prerequisites before going to the course (you can check the prerequisites here by searching for the course). Please contact the relevant teachers as soon as you can to get confirmation that you have all the relevant prior knowledge and could be accepted to the course. Also, please note that chemistry degree students at the University of Helsinki are always prioritized in intake.
The links above won't be updated after the actual programmes have been published.
You may select courses from several programmes. Geography and Urban Studies courses are exceptions to this rule as their courses are open for exchanges students of those programmes only. Advanced Bachelor's level students are usually allowed to take Master's level courses. Please note that there might be restrictions and prerequisites regarding course access. These restrictions are described in the course descriptions.
Actual teaching programmes will be published, as a rule, by the end of June in Sisu and in the Studies Service course search. Please note that changes and additions to the teaching information are possible until the teaching starts.
Registration for the courses in I period will start during the orientation period in the end of August and for courses in the II period at the beginning of October.
