Hi students and University staff! Are you worried about the climate crisis or anxious about the chatic news? Is there something we can do about the development? How to stay strong and not become cynical?
You are not alone with these issues on your mind. Come and have a low-threshold chat about your thoughts on climate and future. The event will feature an introduction (in finnish), peer support in english, and practical tools for working with climate emotions.
The Ecocrisis, our Future and Mental Health project staff are there for you to exchange ideas with and to offer coffee, tea and peer support. You do not need to enroll for the event, for more information email hanna.rintala@nyyti.fi.
