Student, how are you? Join in the events of Students’ Mental Health Week on 7–13 April

Are you looking for good tips or new modes of action for your student life? Would you like to attend a movie night or have breakfast in good company?

During Students’ Mental Health Week on 7.-13 April, the University, student organizations, and partners will host a variety of events supporting mental well-being, ranging from discussions to knitting and dog petting. The events will cover topics such as career planning, pomodoro technique, and getting to know new people in different languages.

Students’ Mental Health Week is a campaign aimed at highlighting the current state of student mental health nationally, as well as encouraging support for student mental health and wellbeing. The campaign is coordinated by the Nyyti association, and this year’s theme is "Student, how are you?". Bonus event April 15th

At 18:00-21:00 Vastakarva & Rampaopiskelijat: A hangout where we hang out, rest, cook together and do handcrafts. Open to everyone. What is Nyyti?

Nyyti is a national non-profit association that promotes students’ mental health and fitness for study by offering students and student communities information, support and activities related to mental health and coping with studying.
