Hi students and University staff! Are you interested in wellbeing in the face of the environmental crisis and an uncertain-looking future? Do you wish you had tools to engage in conversations about these topics? Would you like to strengthen resilience, mental health, and a sense of community amid global turbulence?
The online course "The Eco-Crisis, Our Future and Mental Health", published this year in three languages, responds to this need. The course and its materials are freely available to everyone, and it has been produced by the Ecocrisis, our Future and Mental Health project. At the guidance corner, you'll find support for processing environmental emotions and exploring the course! Present will be project expert and climate doctor Hanna Rintala. For more information email hanna.rintala@nyyti.fi.
