The host companies include The Finnish Institute of Health and Welfare (THL), City of Helsinki (Executive office), Helsinki Think Company, Metsä Group, OP Financial Group (OP Pohjola), Fortum, Ericsson, Nokia, University of Helsinki -research careers and University of Helsinki - specialist careers.

The groups will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. See the host organisations for 2025-2026, who is eligible to apply as participant, and apply for the new UNITalent season!
