Students´ Mental Health Week 9–15 March 2026 offers a range of events and a sense of hope for the future!

Are you looking for new ways to support your everyday student life? Are you wondering how to structure your study days, or wanting ideas for adding more movement to your daily routine? And what actually happens at Vappu?

During Student’ Mental Health Week, 9–15 March 2026, the university, student organisations and partners will host a range of events that support mental wellbeing—from coffee and puzzles to collecting ideas for the future and worry relief discussions. The events will cover topics such as career planning, exercise and pomodoros.

Student’ Mental Health Week is a nationwide campaign highlighting the current state of students’ mental health and encouraging actions to support students’ wellbeing. The campaign is coordinated by Nyyti ry, and this year’s theme is belief in the future. You can find Nyyti’s programme on the Mental Health Week website, and the university’s events are listed below.

What is Nyyti?

Nyyti ry is a national non-profit organization that promotes students’ mental health and ability to study. It supports students and academic communities by providing information, guidance and activities that strengthen wellbeing and coping with studies.
