Target group: Degree students and doctoral researchers
Are you having trouble getting started with your assignments or concentrating on your work? Do you want tips on how to organize your daily schedule? Are you looking for ways to create a study rhythm that supports both your studies and wellbeing – and includes breaks? Join our Support for Studies workshops to gain practical tips, work on your study assignments, and discuss your experiences with others.
The Support for Studies workshops aim to help participants practice essential study skills and gain practical tools to support their studies. To enable hands-on practice, part of each workshop is dedicated to working on personal study tasks, and participants are encouraged to bring a current assignment along with the necessary materials. Each session also includes guided small-group discussions to foster peer support.

Registration: The workshops are open and do not require prior registration. You are welcome to attend all sessions or choose the ones that suit your interests. If you would like a reminder the day before a session, you can indicate your participation using the E-form.
