You can submit a graduation request in Sisu once you have completed all the studies required for your degree.
The degree certificate is issued in Finnish or Swedish.
Everyone who has got their degree from the University of Helsinki, and all of the university's exchange students and staff members are considered its alumni.

Frequently asked questions
You can request an official copy of your degree diploma in its original language. If you need a copy, order one from the Student Service point for your faculty and pay the associated fee. Official copy costs 8 € apiece.
The University does not provide translations of degree diplomas, not even into Finnish, Swedish or English. If you need a translation of your degree diploma, you will have to arrange the translation yourself. The University of Helsinki recommends you use an authorised translator.
