Are you looking for a job or traineeship? Or do you need help finding a job or exploring career opportunities? Join the virtual HelsinkiUNI Career Day on Friday 24.1.2025!
At Career Day II, you can spend the morning learning about summer jobs and traineeships offered by companies and organisations who are interested in students from the University of Helsinki. Some organisations will organise a separate Q&A session at noon where you can ask questions about jobs and recruitment in more detail.

Programme for the day:
9.00 - 10.15 Employers' pitch session (you can participate without registering), in English.
Place: Zoom-webinar
Natural Resources Institute Luke, Demos Helsinki, University of Helsinki, Metsä Group, CSC - Centre for Science and Technology, European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and VTT - Technical Research Centre of Finland will present their own career opportunities.
Also, the following companies pitch in Finnish at 10.40 - 12.00 but are also hiring international students: OP Financial Group, Orion, Bayer, City of Vantaa and City of Helsinki. In the Q&A sessions and one-to-one-meetings you can ask questions in English or in Finnish, unless otherwise indicated in the programme. Nordea will only take one-to-one appointments.
12.15 - 13.00 Employer's Q&A sessions (you can participate without registering)
A separate Q&A session will be held by VTT, City of Helsinki and European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health will organise their Q&A-session only in Finnish.

9.00 - 14.00 One-to-one meetings by appointment (currently fully booked!)
You can book an appointment for a one-to-one discussion in English with the following organisations' experts:
- Book a one-to-one appointment with the Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke)
- Book a one-to-one appointment with Nordea (register).
The event is open to all students and recent graduates of the University of Helsinki.
