Are you graduating soon? Are you feeling a little bit nervous about your next steps, how to look for jobs in Finland, who will you be when you are not a student anymore, and all that? Then this worshop is for you!

The topics of this workshop will include e.g.:
- Critical perspectives on the Finnish labour market and recruitment cultures;
- Recognising and verbalising your expertise and competencies in culturally informed manner;
- Building meaningful networks – how and why;
- Exploring your own career questions and story in search of cohesion, direction, and meaning.
Target group: The workshop is designed for international UH degree students looking to graduate during 2026, but we welcome all UH degree students, PhD researchers, and alumni (up to 12 months from graduation) who are interested in the topic.
Accessibility: The venue is accessible with a wheelchair. An elevator with electrical doors gets you to the 3rd floor where the workshop host will open the door of the lecture room for you. There is a small (2-3 cm) threshold. There is no induction loop.
