At the University of Helsinki, students plan their studies independently. There are many ways to complete studies and the most common modes of completion are described here.
In addition to registering as for the academic year, you will have to register separately for all courses which you intend to complete.

Recognition refers to a procedure where previously acquired learning can be accepted as part of your studies.
